This includes 6 months of a custom approach with hormone support, targeted supplementation and any prescriptions. (note: this does not contain any lab pricing, see below).**This package does include repeat hormone labs at 10 weeks.

$589-initial consult with action plan and follow-up at 6 and 12 weeks

This includes 12 months of tailoring to you and your vessel with hormone support and prescriptions. **This package does include repeat hormone labs at 10 weeks and 6 months. ​​
